- Prepare the sauce and marinate the meat with the sauce

* I did not prepare in time so I marinated for 15 - 20 mins - Heat up the oven/airfry to 400 degrees F (~ 200 C)
- Cooking time varies depending on the type of meat.
* I used an Airfry heat up to 400 F (~ 200 C) and it took 15 - 20 mins to cook the short ribs
=> So remember to check on your ribs often - While waiting for the ribs to cook, mix 2 tbsp of sugar with 2 tbsp of water
- Put it in the microwave for 1 mins. Then take out to mix again. Then put the mixture into the microwave again for 1 min
- When the meat is almost cooked, take it out, and put the mixture made above into the meat
- Put the meat back in for a few mins (I put it back in for around 1 - 2 mins)
- The yellow stuff in the picture is some Bell Pepper that I used for vegetables :D
